The Ajuga, 'Black Scallop', Ajuga reptans 'Black', has 'dark as night' foliage with gorgeously scalloped leaves. Black Scallops are a knock out in patio pots, combos, and as a striking accent with white, gold or light-colored plants. The very dark and glossy scalloped foliage, are larger than 'Mahogany' and darker than 'Catlin's Giant'. It displays deep blue flower spikes. It is suitable for full sun or shade. Hollyhock - Peaches 'n Dreams The Peaches ‘n Dreams Hollyhock, 'Alcea rosea', has double, creamy-peach flowers that are frosted with tints of raspberry-pink and apricot. It is a wonderful new array of pastels to add to the garden. The Hollyhock family is made up of a rather large group that exhibits tall stature (4-6') and is biennial in nature. Although they are short lived, they reseed themselves. The large blooms of Alcea ‘Peaches ‘n Dreams’ Hollyhock flower in the summer months.
