Adding a wooden deck to your house bestows a warm and elegant touch to your house. It will make your backyard a relaxing and laid back zone where you can host family and friends for gathering, celebrations and barbecue. However, although the maintenance is not so consuming if you will neglect it, it will look old and dull and you will no longer enjoy this area. The maintenance is after all very easy: most of the year all you need to do is to sweep the wood. However, if the wood is rotten, you will need to take more extreme measures.
