The Coneflower Fancy Frills, Echinacea purpurea 'Fancy Frills' (PP17,209), has a double layer of flower petals which give it an unique fringed look. It produces beautiful pink daisy-like flowers. The Fancy Frills blooms from June to September and is a major attractor to butterflies and bees and is a must for any perennial gardens. The pretty flowers occur on long dark green stems with dark green foilage. For best results, plant in full sun in a well drained area.
