The Coreopsis Autumn Blush, Coreopsis 'Autumn Blush' (PPAF) is a wonderful new variety to the Coreopsis family. The fern like leaves make a great contrast with the daisy shaped flowers. Autumn Blush is a long blooming plant that has beautiful yellow flowers with a burgundy colored eye turning to all burgundy in the fall. It tolerates the heat and humidity extremely well and flowers best in a sunny location. It should be cut back in late summer to extend the bloom period. Rose Campion - Gardener's World The Lychnis Gardener's World, 'Lychniscoronaria', a Blooms of Bressingham plant, is an upright perennial with woolly silver foliage. The magenta-red double blooms resemble small carnations. ‘Gardener’s World’ is a definite improvement from other Lychnis. The flower is larger, sterile and more refined. ‘Gardner’s World’ has a plant height of 24-36” and 10” spread. The beautiful blooms last from from June to August. ‘Gardener’s World’ should be planted in full sun to light shade, but does require moisture and free-draining soil. |
