Daisy - Goldrush
The Shasta Daisy Goldrush, Leucanthemum superbum ‘Goldrush’, is one of the longest blooming daisies in the Leucanthemum family. It is the only short shasta daisy with a unique double fringed flower. Almost all other varieties are at least 6 inches taller. Goldrush has bright, large, white beautiful flowers held above its dark green foliage. Goldrush blooms from July to October, and if deadheaded, the blooming time will be extended. Combine Goldrush with Veronica “Royal Candles”, Perovskia ‘Russian Sage’ or Scabiosa “Butterfly Blue”. Lily - Cancun (Asiatic Lily) The Asiatic Lily Cancun, 'Lilum ‘Cancun’, has wonderful tropical flowers that range from magenta red to pink with bright yellow centers that produces 4-5 flowers per stem. ‘Cancun’ has a plant height of 38” and is one of the newest Lily’s on the market today. Blooming in mid to late June, ‘Cancun’ should be planted in full sun and in a well drained soil. Proven to be resistant to rots and virus, it should not be left out of the perennial garden. |
