Diascia 'Little Charmer', has exceptionally large strawberry-pink flowers They'll produce showers of flowers in spring to early summer until the daytime temperatures get really hot. Similar to 'Strawberry Sundae' but with rounder flowers, extra lush foliage, and even more heat tolerance. This Twinspur is very compact and a garden star. Plant in full sun in fertile well drained soil. Keep the soil moist, but not soggy. Diascia is probably best suited to be grown in mixed containers or window boxes. Space plants 8" - 10" apart. Evening Primrose - Lemon Sunset The Evening Primrose Lemon Sunset, Oenothera longifolia, is a new Oenothera unlike any other. The large, 4” soft yellow flowers matures to a red sunset colr thst is complimented by its rich red stems. It has a plant height of 3’ and a spread of 36-48”. ‘Lemon Sunset’ will flower its first year, June to August. Oenothera requires full sun and needs a good drainage site. Try planting ‘Lemon Sunset’ with Salvia, Achillea or Columbine. For a wonderful sun perennial, one will not want to leave ‘Lemon Sunset’ out of their garden.
