Dill - Bouquet
The Dill Bouquet, 'Anethum graveolens', is the most widely grown dill. Bouquet Dill produces early, large seed heads that make this plant excellent for pickling. The Bouquet foliage is also superior sprinkled on new potatoes, tomatoes, grilled salmon, spinach, green beans, cucumbers, squash, and lamb chops. The 30 to 36 inch tall plant is very aromatic. Dill is used extensively in Scandinavian and Russian cooking. Plant Dill in the spring after the last day of spring frost. Tomato - Cherry Sweetie This delicious organic tomato is well known for it's strong tomato flavor. They are an excellent container variety. Tomatoes are generally started inside. They may also be seeded outside after the last average frost date. In warm winter/hot summer areas, tomatoes can be planted in early fall for winter harvest.
