Hosta - Albomarginata
The Hosta ‘Albomarginata’, Hosta undulata, has soft green leaves with white bands, making it very striking. The Hosta flowers bloom from July to August, however, Hosta’s are not known only for their flowers. With a plant height of 18” and a spread of 32-36”, Hosta’s provide bright color in shade with wonderful foliage. Hosta A’lbomarginata’ needs to be planted in a full shade area in any moist, well-drained area. Hosta Albomarginata is perhaps the best of the Undulata family. Sedum - Neon The Sedum ‘Neon’, Sedum spectabile, is topped with large heads of neon bright pink flowers that reaches a height of 18-24” and has a plant spread of 18-24”. The dark gray-green foliage makes this plant attractive in any garden. Sedum ‘Neon’ blooms from August to September. Sedum 'Neon' needs to be planted in full sun in well-drained soil. It will tolerate most soil types and is drought resistant. Plant with Aster ‘Woods Purple’ or Echinacea ‘Magnus’ for a wonderful autumn display. ‘Neon' is a great choice for beds and borders and excellent as cut flowers.
