Leopard Plant - Przewalskii
The Ligularia ‘Przewalskii Leopard Plant’, Ligularia przewalskii, has a wonderful clear, yellow daisy-like flower with huge leathery, toothed, heart-shaped, basal leaves. New leaves emerge purplish-red but turn to brownish-green. Blooming from July to August, ‘Ligularia Przewalskii’ has a plant height of 4’ and a spread of 36”. Ligularia ‘Przewalskii’ should be planted in full shade in a well-drained area. It must have moist soil and should never be allowed to dry out. Ladys Mantle The Alchemilla ‘Lady’s Mantle’, Alchemilla mollis, is a brilliant foamy clusters of tiny, star like flowers with velvety soft olive-green leaves. The foliage catches and holds water drops while sparkling in the sun. The flower color ranges from yellow to green and blooms in late spring to early summer with a height of 18” and a plant spread of 18-24”. ‘Lady’s Mantle’ will grow well in sun or shade in rich, moist, well-drained areas.
