This plant has a dramatic appearance in mass plantings, border, and pots. The Mixed Colors Salvia have 6 to 8 inch tall spikes of salmon, rose, scarlet, and violet flowers. Mixed Color Salvias will do well in in ordinary well-drained garden soil. They should be watered regularly but not to the point of soggy soil conditions.
