Mullein - Copper Rose
The Verbascum Copper Rose, 'Verbascum hybridum', also known as Mullein, has masses of silky blooms that range in color from apricot to rose to copper, making it different from the rest. The foliage is soft and silver, which adds contrast to the flower color. ‘Copper Rose’ has a plant height of 3-4’ and a plant spread of 1-2’ and blooms from late spring into summer. Removing spent flowers to encourage additional bloom time. This low maintenance perennial requires dry to medium soil and should be planted in full sun for best results.
