Mullein - Jackie

The Verbascum Jackie, 'Verbascum hybridum', also known as Mullein, a Proven Winners selection, has masses of copper colored buds which open to pale cantaloupe blooms with pink overtones. The stalks arise off of fuzzy gray-green leaves, which add contrast to the flower color. ‘Jackie’ has a plant height of 16-18” and a plant spread of 1-2’ and blooms from late spring into summer. Removing spent flowers to encourage additional bloom time. This low maintenance perennial requires dry to medium soil and should be planted in full sun for best results.
