Nemesia - Compact Innocence

The Nemesia Compact Innocence, 'Nemesia fruticans hybrids', was bred in Germany and England. These sweet scented blooms fill the air with their fragrant aroma when the sun hits the flowers. Proven Winners introduces Compact Innocence, with it's white flowers, to join the Nemesia line of old favorites. Compact Innocences scoff at cold weather and keep blooming right through frosts in early spring and late fall. They have a compact form with strong upright flowers. They’re superb in planters or baskets where you can catch wind of the refreshing fragrance. This Proven Winners plant has colors that range from glowing bright hues to the softest pastels. This plant is outstanding in hanging baskets, combos, and window boxes. Nemesia hates drought so ensure the soil is kept moist. They perform best in cool gardens or in partial shade in hot areas. The compact plants produce and abundance of showy flowers all summer long. For zones 8-11, this plant can also be a perennial. ... additional information
